Shipping policy

Paperbacks are printed on demand just for you.

Once you've placed your order, it can take up to 2-4 business days to print and then off to the shippers. You will get an email to let you know the books have been printed and are on their way.

Allow for 7-14 days for shipping. (Lots of variables at play here; during a busy season, books may be printed in the UK.) Note: Whenever possible, the printers will try to send multiple books in the same package.

E-books and Audiobbooks are delivered electronically from Bookfunnel at no extra cost. Bookfunnel will send you an email with a private link and information on how to download the book. 

Note: Downloads do not happen automatically at purchase the way you may be used to with other retailers. Follow the instructions in the email on how to download the book to your ereader. If you need assistance, Bookfunnel has excellent customer service to walk you through the process.
